You are warmly invited to the first ever exhibition of photographs of children and young women who were Tuberculosis (TB) patients in the Adelina Patti Hospital, better known as Craig-y-nos Castle.
The exhibition has been organised by Ann Shaw, herself an ex-patient (1950-1954) who is writing a book on 'The Lost Children of Craig-y-nos' You can view some of the photos and stories she has collected at Ann's project is supported by the Sleeping Giant Foundation
and the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL.
To coincide with the launch of the exhibition, a patients reunion will take place on Sunday 9 September
at Craig-y-nos Castle, Brecon Road, Pen-y-cae, Powys SA9 1GL. This will take the form of a carvery lunch priced £11.95.
